This page explains how to request deletion, correction, access, or restriction of personal data, seller data, Amazon API data, or related operational records handled by the company.

We may ask for additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. For seller or Amazon API records, we may need seller account identifiers, marketplace region, date range, campaign or report identifiers, or other information needed to locate relevant data.
Some records may be retained if required for tax, accounting, dispute handling, security investigation, marketplace compliance, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or audit logs. Where full deletion is not possible, we may restrict access, anonymize, aggregate, or retain only the minimum necessary record.
We aim to review requests within a reasonable time after receiving sufficient verification details. Complex seller data, backup records, or legal review may require additional processing time.
